Jo has always enjoyed an active lifestyle and feels very lucky to be able to incorporate it into her
chosen profession. She has worked in the health and fitness industry for 10 years and enjoys working with a regular client
base of satisfied customers.
Jo can offer you a broad range of experience from different fitness disciplines and offer safe, progressive and
individualised training plans. She really values the versatility of workouts which can be done anywhere using minimum
amounts of equipment - it's the best way to stick to a fitness routine and get the results you want.
Jo's own training and spare time revolves around cycling, both on and off-road and when not on a bike
(which is rare!) she can be found climbing!
