Jo provides personal training which gives you sustainable results. Personal training is a cost effective investment in your health and with no additional gym membership fees. You can choose from a variety of options to suit your needs.

   @ £30 per sessions or £220 for 10

   @ £55 per hour session with email follow up

(4) SMALL GROUP TRAINING
   @ 2 people £30 per person, 3 people £20 per person, 4+ people £15 per person

For multiple sessions payment is taken up front by either cash, cheque or bank transfer  (not credit or debit card).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.
A cancellation fee will be charged at the total price of the session if missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice. If you have purchased a block of sessions the missed session will be deducted from the block. If a single session has been missed the next session will be double the cost.

You should make known in advance any medical conditions which may affect your training and understand that results are dependent on your own compliance and commitment to the program.
